Whatever dude. I'm not expert enough on the subject to nit and pick back and forth with you. Obviously the VA was changed under Trump. Maybe you are the one that is misunderstanding something here, IDK.

Without specifics, context, and a Q that writes less cryptic in his drops who really knows.
