There are two constitutions, one for the Republic and one for the corporation.

So show me this second Constitution.

So show me a single court case that references it.

Read the organic act of 1871. I already sent it to you. I get that I may be oversimplifying it by calling it a constitution, I'm not a lawyer thank God. But that's what it is because it overrides the constitution of the Republic that we all know.
