Not shocked at all at that KY list. The cesspit that Louisville and all of Jefferson county has turned into, our own damn capital, and 2 of the more prominent northern counties. I am pleasantly surprised though not to see Fayette county or Lexington on the list. But I believe I'll stick to the south
