There are rules and there are laws, you can’t rule away my 1st amendment rights, she had the floor normally it’s 15 minutes, good judgment would of allowed her to speak her time, then, next person please instead of exposing your gestapo tactics
How I would do it. Used to sit on board of directors at my church in WA. When it's time for someone to speak, you let the person finish.
