A good question. π€¨ββοΈ

Now that zuck the *uk has admitted to lying to Congress and interfering in the 2020 election, can President Trump sue Facebook for disenfranchisement? Can we, as his voters sue for damages?
And what about YouTube? Over 100 conservative channels were completed purged in one night in October 2020 right before the election. The reason? All were discussing the Hunter Biden laptop. None of the channels were given notice. All had their entire library of many years-worth of videos, subscribers, comments and data wiped with no backup, no warning, no nothing.
There was a small class-action lawsuit but they did not prevail. I'm guessing the billionaire that owns YouTube had better attorneys. Many channel owners were wiped out financially as their channel generated their entire incomes.
That should have been illegal and election interference, for sure.
I agree, but yt has not written a formal letter admitting to lying to Congress and violation 1st amendment rights. Zuck did. Itβs documented. An open and shut case all in writing on legal documents.
I don't believe the guilty party has to publicly admit guilt for the victims in the YouTube Purge to be able to now bring their previous claim before Congress in light of the Zuckerberg confession.
