I'm not sure how many of you remember the war in Panama, or the coup that was attempted before that.. but my uncle had to watch as Norrega executed his coup plotters, the whole time begging for permission to take the mfer out. Bush Sr. refused to give the order because the offer was in on the drug trade with Noriega.
In Vietnam it was the same thing and our front line people were very short on ammo when they could use it. It's a fact that these wars aren't meant to be won, it's about making billions for the bankers, military industrial complex, and the faggot traitors in CONgress.

That policy was applied close to the end of the Vietnam war.
