He plays piano and his the verses he sings are usually a few words at a time and then he reverts back to giving sermon. I think he knew he couldn't carry a tune but he was trying. God bless him.

It does sound like Kim Clement to me. Listen to the voice as the video ends. He has a distinct voice.
I agree that the voice at the end does sound like it could be Kim, but the singing doesn't sound like him in my opinion, maybe a guest singer?
