Citizens shelter in place. Special ops and vets are trained for urban warfare, it would be quick.

One group from roof down, the other from basement up. Snipers on surrounding buildings.

Every one of them that lives, rounded up and publicly executed as “spies” as a warning.

Spies being enemy combatants in civilian clothing or not wearing correct identification or uniform.
