Getting tired of Texas being held up as some sort of gun owners paradise.

My state has had open carry since the state constitution was ratified. Statewide preemption of gun laws, no county city, or township can enforce their own gun laws in violation of the state constitution.

Any citizen not a felon can get a carry permit.

Texas was late to the party on a lot of these things.
