You're potentially going to get innocent people who run those servers put in harms way. It's not the right way to fight this, it really doesn't work that way. They will just target the VPN hosts.

Wait, wait, wait, I think you don't know how vpns work. It's not like TOR or crypto nodes where it is run by just normal, average people
