Yes. But, it needs to be done properly so nobody could claim it was a kangaroo court like the original Nuremberg farce trials.

Then we can do the same throughout the world.

If other civil servants have any plausible claim of unfairness, they will use that to avoid judgement day.

Its all about presentation of context. Given the proper context of how evil these people are, even children would agree to consent to the executions of these criminals.
