my question is more... say someone is 90KG.. how is someone going to take 180mg of ivermectin a day?
The pills i've found are 12mg. so someone 90KG has to take (180/12) 15 12mg a day. That's like 1 & 1/2 sheets of ivermectin pills.. (10 pills per sheet). It seems like a hell of a lot.
I've only used the paste which is 1.87%. Per dosage instructions, "Each weight marking on the plunger delivers enough paste to treat 250 lb body weight." The full syringe holds enough to treat 1250 lbs. since my wt. is 60 kg., each syringe holds about 10 doses for me at 2mg/kg. It does taste horrible so it helps to take it followed by a spoon of peanutbutter.
Yeah, seriously, to get 2mg per KG of paste is something like idk.. i didn't do the calculations on it.. but it's like 2+ full tubes at the absolute least.. i'd estimate about 3-4 tubes.
Gotta keep in mind that full syringe is for worms. and the doctor is saying 2.0mg/per KG for cancer.. it's just a lot to consider.
I figured a 200lb person would double that to 400lbs for 2 X the dose. A tube contains enough for 1250lbs. 1250 divided by 400 equals 3.125 doses per tube. But maybe my calculations are wrong.
