How frightening for the woman who spoke to the city commissioners. She weighs 95 pounds and Haitian men who speak no English yell at her from her yard, throw down mattresses in her yard and leave their trash for her to pick up. This is a travesty for Americans. (Grew up in Dayton, OH)
