Only a glitch for now. Will become a feature when BRICS has its payment system to counter the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (Swift).

That will break the DS financial monopoly by means of the US Dollar which will become the last global reserve currency and the American Empire will become the last empire infiltrated and controlled by the Khazarian Mafia in human history.
