I wish I shared your POV. If you look into Pfizer's deal with Johannesburg, coincidentally (lol) a C40 city, you will likely come to understand that they have what equates to unlimited resources. There's no "legal" solution, as they manipulate both public opinion and legal infrastructure via data manipulation and media distribution.
