Been trying to figure out why the misspelling. Is Q telling us it may start with North Korea somehow?

So is the end of September when the shutdown occurs? Not sure if y’all can access this, but it basically states that if GOP decides to stay firm on the SAVE act that there will be a government shutdown. Would this not be the hill to die on?
