The video reportedly shows the individual being arrested for eating a neighbor’s cat, right in their driveway.

Unfortunately that NSFW link LOOKS like it's a video from another country. Where in Ohio are there dirt roads/paths between buildings like that? Maybe there are, but that actually looks like a video from another country to me. The first link is awesome though.
