I was thinking of an idea, they are importing gangs and violent low IQ individuals and groups in droves into Europe UK and USA. What if we turn the system against those importers?

What if there is in some dystopian future sci fi only, a low intelligence thug for each "white people should not procreate" online or printed article creator. For each pro transgender or pro paedophile, and for each corrupted politician . They don't require lot of payment really ... What if they are really fearing to walk the streets and not us ? That would be an interesting turn of their weapons against themselves. Please shoot more ideas for this imaginary sci fi novel ...
