Could it be the Sky Event is a known event and all the setup is to use the event as a way to frame your narrative.

They know it will disrupt the energy systems as they were designed that way to have that vulnerability at this time.

All the bunkers, all the prep.... for an event that was known for thousands of years.

All to use that precise moment of chaos to usher in their New World Order.
