Being reported that the "powerful interests" are pushing on changing the narrative of Harris' Haitian crime issue, to "Victimization" of the Haitian population. FBI are putting up BillBoards, written in Haitian Creole, in Springfield Ohio, encouraging people to report hate crimes.
