SF is brimming with weirdos and zombies. But most of them are from out-of-state, attracted by the high concentration of weirdos and zombies. It's a horrible cycle.

If this madness comes to an end, I see SF recovering. It's not important just financially like Detroit making cars way back when, it's just a beautiful place. So is California. I think the Dems and CCP are trying to destroy it to drive real estate prices down. When low enough they will purchase everything.
