Lee of TN is a RINO, his lack of authority on Sanctuary Cities (counties - Shelby County/Memphis) alone is an issue. Not to mention common core rebranded, rampant crime in Chattanooga and Memphis, as well as the buildings blowing up in Nashville; he only reacts to situations when he has to.
