It's possible the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac stuff that caused the "2008 Housing Crisis" and the Property Tax Fraud that is going to cause the next crisis are bigger grifts. But yes, Ukraine is a giant theft + money laundering operation.

I should add as well that the COVID "Pandemic Response" should be viewed as a money laundering operation as well.
