Sure it can. They all have dual passports. Just revoke their US passport and send them to passport number 2. What ever shit hole that might be.

A passport is a piece of paper issued by a sovereign nation as id recognized by other nations. Passports can be revoked but revocation is relatively rare.

Cite one instance of a native born US citizen whose citizenship has been revoked.

Even renouncing US citizenship is time consuming and expensive.
