Did some lite digging... Sheriff says judge 'went for a gun'... A MAJOR detail of importance: is the 'judge's gun' known for 100% certain to be his? Receipt, purchase history, friends/family have seen the gun before, judges fingerprints on cartridges still in the magazine, etc?
If yes, then ok. If not, and the gun has NO LINK, history to be found anywhere linking that gun to the judge himself, then this is MAJORLY suspicious.
Based on the above questions:
An officer says they shot their victim because the victim was going for their gun or pulled one?
A unique idea/alibi?
Zero possibility the officer fabricated it?
I'm NOT defending the judge nor pointing a finger at the sheriff whatsoever. "Elite research site", remember? Our job is to ask questions, not just swallow whatever we are given. This is not Twitter.
I was reading about the story and I asked myself the question: *IF I wanted to take out a judge, deserved or undeserved, and I wanted to cover my ass, HOW would I do it?
I would find a no-name throwaway pistol and bring it in to his private chambers with me...
(all hypotheticals above are for purposes of thinking.)
Correct but if the pistol was a throwaway pistol brought in by the sheriff and there is no fingerprints from the judge on the cartridges still in the magazine etc. etc... and this can all be proven, then this was premeditated murder.
We have a justice system for a reason.
"Free-speech" only works if people you don't agree with get to say things you don't like... 100% of the time.
Likewise…
"Innocent until proven guilty" only works if people you think are guilty get a fair trial. 100% of the time.
That said, I am all for the laws being changed so that a convicted person gets turned over to the victim's family.
Otherwise what stops a crazy democrat from getting their 17 year old daughter to say "YOU, YOUR HUSBAND, YOUR SON, DJT, etc etc... r**ped me" so the dad shoots you/him and then gets off?
Then your loved one is dead so the schemers are the only ones who get their side of the story heard.

Can anyone who disagrees answer that one question?
Critical thinking... emotion clouds judgement.
We have a system of laws for a reason.
Our Nation and Bill of Rights was founded by principled men of high character.
Principle (noun) 1. a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning: the basic principles of Christianity.
• (usually principles) a rule or belief governing one's personal behavior.
There is a fundamental reason Trump and Q Team HAD to do things by the LAW.
The measure of a man's principals directly corresponds to the measure of his character.
Is this copy pasta? It doesn't seem to be a response to what I stated.
I did not state whether or not the Sherrif should be tried, just that he won't be tried if it is provable that this judge raped his underage daughter. If this is not provable he will be tried.
The DA doesn't want to take a case on that he knows he will lose, evidence will dictate what happens next.

there is more than another gun involved. Rumors are they were friends and the judge sexually abused his underage daughter.

If this is provable, no way they try the Sherrif.

He would fall off while brushhogging.
