This is nothing more than an instrument of harassment of law abiding citizen. PERIOD! They seem to be using to go after law abiding WHITE people over illegals. And NO, illegals are NOT White so fuck you if that's you're argument for "muh racist", take your ass back to Reddit. Any case that this is use to try and convict someone on some bullshit will wind up in the SCOTUS.
