I agree. Every time I see stuff like this, I think of when one of my kids is forced to apologize for something, and the way they say "Sooorrrryyy!" makes me want to chew glass.

What does an apology matter when they don't mean it?

That 'idea' is liberal/communism. I am sorry is great, but it does not replace being responsible and Paying for a Crime.
