This means they went to a judge with evidence about a new crime. Another Indictment???
My thoughts.
A. Obstruction of Justice is the obvious crime.
B. They need evidence of this.....an insider cooperating? Wiretap?
C. There are other investigations looking at him.
D. Once the Indictment is unsealed I think he is gone within a day. The NY governor has the power to remove him from office and I think she needs to do something popular.
Yeah that's how it works.
