Maybe kids aren't supposed to sit in a chair for 6hrs a day memorizing boring bullshit?

Exactly. And the more intelligent kids get bored when the teachers dumb it down for the slower kids (or non English speaking students). They end up trying to drug the smart kids to make them more docile. It’s criminal.
