The Founding Fathers of the US wrote the 2nd Amendment to address this specific issue. They summarized it in a brief statement that reads: "Eat a Bag of Dicks You Commies". This statement was later updated by the largest standing army in the history of the world which are the American citizens: "Come At Me Bro".
