Many of "US" hope and pray that the people who were in charge of various medical posts during this period would have done the right-honorable thing on this issue, however their collective characters were wanting, it appears if the international evidence of medical malpractice or medical neglect accumulated during this time is validated, they are directly culpable for allowing the murder of over a million inhabits of earth!
