It would be really nice if we could get them to stop f_ing with the food supply. Compare labels between the US and Canada or Europe, interesting difference.

There's a book called Fiat Food that discusses this. The gov encouraged shitty diets when we went off the gold standard since people wouldn't be able to afford good food due to inflation.
