I think it's more because everything is GMO.

Not because of the type of flour.

NO not everything Organic is NOT Genetically Modified Organism or you see bioengineered in labels. Corn, rice, soy, beets, some squashes and many more that are bioengineered. Look at kid cereal boxes and you will see contains a bioengineered ingredient.
