344 RFK Jr - It’s likely that you don’t have a “gluten allergy” you have an allergy to the chemicals they started spraying on the flour in 1993. I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy but then began getting my bread & flour from Italy. It vanished. Usually the high glysophate(sp) spray foods are Genetically altered to be I believe Round up ready.
Yes, some crops like the soy that they grew next to my house are genetically modified to be Round Up resistant. Then they can spray the soy for weeds without killing the soy.
