interesting thing about this is that during general assembly week the nypd already has lanes set up for motorcades going to and from the different consulates and hotels for assorted diplomatic nonsense. this video is looking westward down E57th St. the center lane is the lane reserved for those vip motorcades, so why wasn't Trump's cars in it? probably nothing, but I have been questioning so much these days...
