What is the possibility that Catholics pray to images or statues of saints, and Mother Mary to remind themselves that these are not fictional characters but real people who lived in this world, believing in Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, and that the saints and Mary are real individuals, not just abstract concepts or unrelated to "Christ-consciousness" that new age individuals would advocate as said individuals do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh and don't acknowledge him as the only begotten Son of God?
