My phone company reminds me even before the bill is due. If I am a few days late, they send me condescending messages to remind me. This is after 20 years of Loyalty. Then help themselves to a late fee, even though the bill is for the month ahead..so they are charging me a late fee on an amount that has not even existed yet.
