That said, how much does one of these household charging stations cost? Cause that's how much they're about to raise the price of electric cars 🤣

Actual price isn't too bad. The problem is needing an electrician to certify it, and that makes it costs $2k. Most of the people who buy an EV wouldn't know how to DIY install the 220 line.
