Our First Lady, Mrs. Trump had the building blessed before she would consent to live there. I had not heard that her family reported any paranormal negative experiences. So there's always that.

The building had a lot of bad history but also had a lot of good history too. I would not throw out the baby with the bath water. Perhaps, turn it into a historical museum and build a new residence for the President -- one that would be in better physical condition and one free from negative "vibes".
