A NOTE ABOUT GENERAL AVIATION FLIGHTS FOR RELIEF EFFORTS:

Thank you to all of the generous general aviation pilots who have been coming to the airport to deliver relief supplies. To ensure safe and efficient operations, including smooth arrival of military and private aircraft involved in relief missions, the FAA has issued a temporary flight restriction in Western North Carolina. The state, along with FEMA, have established a process for general aviation pilots to obtain pre-clearance for landing at AVL. For details, pilots can check the Notice to Air Missions."

Where's the heavy lifts bringing supplies? If they flew from Bragg I'd see/hear them. I'm not seeing videos of C13X landing there. Nothing on ADS-B. The runway is 8400'. They've landed a 747 there before.
