It sounds like there is a coordinated effort to allow prolonged suffering. Between fema/fed, local and state authorities. We're learning that gov't has the capability to manipulate weather like what destroyed the Asheville area. An area that is majority Republican and sits atop a valuable mining prospect. There are already plans for a mining operation. Isn't that a conspiracy? This might be the lest straw for team evil.
