It's not just that they are financing invaders to live more comfortably than a lot of Americans, it's that they are allocating these budgets to their buddies and lining their own pockets through kickbacks. Yeah, NYS and Federal taxes are being appropriated, but they are going directly into the accounts of hotel owners, service providers and payroll for a specific group.
