Air Evacuation - Aviation and Ground Support Services for Large scale disasters (CONUS and OCONUS) vendor is Innovative Emergency Management (IEM) At least they seem to have a larger team.

At first glance these seem to both be legit businesses that offer evacuation services/networks. Digging is still needed to verify that initial glance.

edit 2- Both are also listed as Air Transportation Support Services vendors.
