I don’t know an electrician, plumber, hvac specialist, or contractor that doesn’t own a nice home ( their office might be their Raptor truck) but they work and do well— of course I’m in Texas where unionized crap for the “ trades” doesn’t interfere with making a living— only your reputation does
I have gathered from your previous posts that you are less than 20 years old. There has never been a generation that expected to own a house and have a family at 20. By the time I was 20 I had been paying taxes for 6 years and living in an apartment with my girlfriend for 2 years. 10 years after I had started paying taxes I was married and able to buy a house because we had 2 incomes and 10 years of continuous work experience. The longer people wait, the longer people have to wait to get what they hope for.
Jobs have never offered that. Only hard work and commitment offer that.

I'm a mechanic I earned 110k last year. I own a home and I paid cash for my car.
Hard work and commitment doesn't offer that either anymore
