Yes. But, she’s not tone deaf. This is meant to demoralize us.

Look up Ideological Subversion and what communist governments did to control their citizens by using DEMORALIZATION, DESTABILIZATION, and CRISIS. What the Dems are doing to this country is a textbook example.
