Will storm ravaged areas have the infrastructure to vote? Will voting be even available for the residents in these hard hit areas? How will it affect both the Trump and Harris voters? How many thousands will be disenfranchised?

I don't worry about this because the plan has completely failed if they are going to allow the DS to maintain control of weather weapons permanently.
