Once a storm is seeded, that's it? No going back? I mean, if they can go one way, can they go the other and weaken one? Or steer it out to sea?

With the tech they have now we shouldn't ever be hit by any hurricane, tornado, flood or drought EVER. They allow it to happen, encourage it, and use it for their agendas
