Once a storm is seeded, that's it? No going back? I mean, if they can go one way, can they go the other and weaken one? Or steer it out to sea?

There sure are books about weather modification. 15-20 years ago I went to Amazon and searched for books about “weather modification” . Sure, some of the results were fiction, others conspiracy theory, but I also found nonfiction textbooks and even government publications as to the methodology of “cloud seeding.” I mean if there were undergrad textbooks and government publications available for purchase by the general public, I can only imagine the technology they aren’t telling us about.
