Once a storm is seeded, that's it? No going back? I mean, if they can go one way, can they go the other and weaken one? Or steer it out to sea?

I went to school for commercial aviation and also majored in meteorology and can ten you what we learned. At that time, (late 90s early 2k we were seeding clouds with university aircraft and efficacy was great when conditions were right. The problem was, you never really knew how much rain you were going to get. Sometimes you’d get a flood, sometimes you’d barely get any. I don’t know anything about directing storms other than there are patents for it. Just because there if a parents for singing doesn’t mean it works. I’m sure we’ve tried. Side note, the Saudis just flooded their airport with a couple feet of water a couple months back after seeing a storm. Sounds like their tech is about what ours was 25 years ago. The truth will come out about the hurricane if we modified it. It always does.
God bless all those suffering and in need. Wwg1wga.
