Yep full blown TCPA violation. Plus the opt-out STOP doesn't work. That is 100% against the law - let alone the issue of how they received all of the students at state schools in AZ mobile phone numbers. This looks bad for Cartel Katie. I'm doubtful it was the individual schools.
